
Differentiation (Support)
Provide printed versions of the introduction with key vocabulary defined (e.g., self-critical, mindfulness, internal voice).
Offer pre-written “voice cards” (e.g., The Perfectionist, The Protector, The Worrier) for students who need support naming a part.
Differentiation (Challenge)
Have students identify two parts that sometimes conflict and write a short dialogue with what each part might say to the other.
Extension
Over the next week, encourage students to notice when their different parts show up.
Ask them to write or draw one example of how they responded mindfully instead of automatically believing that voice.
